Here’s the part where I should brag about how I’m the only real estate professional that could possibly help you buy or sell the home of your dreams.
But I’m not. The truth is, I may or may not be right for you. So I’ll use this little bit of space to tell you how I work and who I am. If you think we’ll make a good team, I’d love to talk.
Professionally – I’m a 16-year veteran of helping people buy and sell homes in the Bay Area. In the not too distant past, I’ve worked as an attorney, a designer and an entrepreneur. I tell-it-like it is.
I’m not a fan of the status quo. I believe in collaboration and innovation, that respect never goes out of style and that work should be fun. I believe that quality is worth valuing so I’m always looking for ways to do things better because to me, good enough, isn’t.
That means things are done right – phone calls are returned in a timely manner, questions are addressed as they arise, details matter, work is checked over and over and over again. It means everything that I can control gets done to perfection, so the only calamity that can jeopardize my client’s happiness is the weather. I’m still working on that.
Personally – I’m happily married to a fantastic husband and the mother of two ridiculously great teenagers. Yes, you read that right. Ridiculously GREAT teenagers. That’s my life, in a nutshell. My happy place. What I wake up to every morning and my reason for being here.
I have wonderful friends. Some of them are my former and current clients. I like to cook. Not for the food or the wine but for the people. They are where I get my energy.
I love clean, classic design but I also appreciate a rustic touch. I love that I live in a place where life is lived the way it was meant to be lived. Outside. In nature. With fresh air and sunlight, on the land and off the land, eating heirloom tomatoes and handmade cheese in Hunter boots and denim. I value hard work. I love simplicity.
I laugh out loud, a lot. I wear funky reading glasses and Prada and Target. I believe in the beauty of unique, the fundamental desire to be an individual in everything we do… and a great cocktail.
I don’t suffer fools gladly or otherwise.
I want to be around people who value what I value. If I don’t want to have you over for a martini and learn something about you or from you, there’s no point. It won’t work. Neither of us will enjoy the experience, and when it comes to buying or selling a home in the North Bay, that experience should be glorious… and fun.
Of course I wouldn’t be nearly as effective if it were not for these incredible people, who keep me from having to worry about things I can’t change, like the weather, and tackle a million little and big things that they are simply much better at than I am, my phenomenal team:
Executive Assistant and Escrow Coordinator
The escrow period of a purchase or sale transaction can be complicated at best. From listing files to sales files, Monica’s years of experience ensures that deadlines are met and your escrow will run smoothly.
Monica also provides assistance to Tracy in the administrative and marketing aspects of her real estate business. Monica graduated from the University of Santo Tomas, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration. In her free time Monica is a writer (short stories), loves to read and sets her DVR to Scandal and Game of Thrones.
Bianca manages daily market content for Tracy such as individual property websites, video, brochures, postcards, social media and blog posts. A computer science major, she graduated in the Philippines with a degree in Programming. Bianca also provides general administrative support and assistance to Tracy.
